Mark as Useful He called my cell said he was a lawyer and that I should get a lawyer. He told me that i had been given a loan from cash america and never made a payment.So I was being going to be charged with 3 felonies. And so i was being sued for the money. Their would be a warrant for my arrest, and to be bailed out it would cost me in excess of $8000.00 (Can't remember the exact amount) Had my Bank Account Number, Social, that I was Disabled, my address.

Mark as Useful Answerd call and man on other end asked if this was such and such a residence. Answered yes and they asked for the Mrs of the house. Asked if there was a message they wanted to leave and they said they were the Brevard County something or other. Don't remember what, just started with a "P". Asked if there was a number the Mrs. could reach them at and they said no, that they would just keep calling back until they reached her.
